Fire Risk Assessments

In accordance with the Fire and Rescue Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 which became statute on 24 May 2006 a fire risk assessment must be carried out by a "responsible person" in the workplace. Fundamentally a risk assessment is the systematic look at potential sources of fire in the workplace, the danger that fire poses to those who use the workplace and how the risk and spread of fire can be minimised. Once the required risks have been identified the changes must be implemented.

Assessments carried out by A&B Fire Equipment provide a comprehensive and in depth analysis of all the fire risks at your premises. Our experienced professionals will perform a structured and systematic examination of all the areas of fire safety within your workplace in line with the requirements of the Fire and Rescue Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006.
